Texas Crushers Systems Portable (trailer mounted) Impact Crusher

The VSI crusher was purchased new in 2021, set up at a gold mine, and used to crush down to 30 mesh. The mine crushed approximately 12,000 tonnes through the crusher in total, that is including 60% iin rework mode because they needed it finer than expected to process the ore through the spiral and float system. Incoming rock was 1 1/2" and smaller.

There is a crusher to conveyor discharge chute and a small feeder belt with a magnet attached that goes with the VSI.

The trailer chassis with dual axles was rebuilt so that it could be pulled from Lubbock Texas to Arizona. The Caterpillar engine was also rebuilt to keep costs down (C-13 power unit)

We paid over $350,000 for this system.
